Description
efficient inhibitor for the protection of metal surfaces during the pickling in sulphuric acid baths. ADACID 332 can be used in pickling plants of any kind with or without regeneration plants up to a max. temperature of 100°C.

- In addition to the inhibitors ADACID 332 contains dispersants and surfactants with which clear and proper surfaces are obtained.

- The formulation of ADACID 332 avoids excessive picklings and reduces the acid consumption.
Dosing, Addition
ADACID 332 is added direct to the pickling bath. The consumption is dependent on the acid concentration, the temperature and the sensitiveness of the material to acids. The dosing rates depend on the quantity passed, quality and surface size of the material to be pickled.
The dosing rates mentioned below are standard values:
- Stationary or continuous pickling plants without regeneration: system 500-1.000 g ADACID 332/m3 of pickling solution ready for use for new preparation. When the protective capacity abates add approx. 250 g/m3.
- Stationary or pass through pickling plants with regeneration system: New preparation of bath see a), then 35-100 g ADACID 332/t pickled material.
- Continuous pickling plants with regeneration system: 100-250 g ADACID 332/m3 of pickling solution ready for use for new preparation, then 10-30 g ADACID 332/t pickled material.

Storage
In closed original packages ADACID 332 is storable for at least two year; protect from frost.
A slight darkening does not have any influence on the efficiency of the product.
