Our inhibited (acid) cleaners provide an efficient and time-saving solution for chemical cleaning of various systems. These combination products consist of a balanced mixture of acid and corrosion inhibitor, which are already optimally matched to each other. This setting ensures that the cleaners are fully effective while protecting the materials of the systems being cleaned from corrosion and damage.
We offer a variety of inhibited cleaners. Depending on the material to be protected, the acid used and the respective application, different inhibitors have to be applied. Cleaning concentrate with methanesulfonic acid for acid scale removal with simultaneous protection. It is suitable as an acidic and ready-inhibited cleaning concentrate with its unique property profile for dissolving scale, encrustation and other, also silicate-containing, scales in apparatus and operating equipment, at temperatures up to max. 90 °C.
Cleaner with inhibited formic acid for dissolving scale, encrustation and other scaling at temperatures up to max. 90 °C. the following metals are protected: Iron, steels, chrome and chrome-nickel steels, and copper-based alloys.
Chemical removal of scale in galvanized apparatus and operating equipment up to max. 40 °C, inhibited phosphoric acid. The following metals are protected: Steels, chromium and chromium-nickel steels, cast iron, especially zinc, copper-based alloys (also in contact with iron).

The products shown on our website are only a selection of our entire product range. There is no universal remedy for the rapid removal of impurities. Some can be removed well with alkaline agents, others better in the acidic range. The large variety of conceivable cleaning problems and the large number of additives, inhibitors and ready-to-use cleaning solutions offered by us make it advisable to obtain detailed advice before starting cleaning.
The same applies to inhibitors, defoamers, scale preventers, corrosion inhibitors, pickling inhibitors, etc. Depending on the plant, material, product and the type of boiler/cooling water is used, different individual challenges arise. We are well equipped for them.
