Additives for cleaning in alkaline media
Our ""KEBOSOL"" products include activators and dispersants for dry cleaning.
The addition of our KEBOPLEX formulations prevent the formation of scale throughout the system.
Our KEBOSOL and KEBOPLEX products are therefore surface-active cleaning aids which are added to alkaline cleaning liquids. They reduce surface tension and facilitate the penetration of cleaning solutions into pores and crevices of the scale to be removed.
Alkaline cleaners remove the organic content in deposits and convert acid-insoluble salts into acid-soluble calcium carbonate. The special mixtures of dispersants and surfactants enable the solid surfaces to be broken up and the alkaline cleaning solution to penetrate deeply into the deposits. This greatly improves the cleaning effect of alkaline cleaning and optimally prepares the deposits for subsequent acid cleaning.

Activator for alkaline and neutral solutions: Specific combination of washing active substances that have excellent cleaning power in neutral and alkaline solutions even at very low addition levels.
Dispersant to support soda-alkaline cleaning of evaporators and cooking appliances: Alkaline cleaning of evaporators containing calcium oxalate deposits or mixed deposits of calcium oxalate and silicates.
Activator for alkaline and neutral solutions: Alkaline pretreatments greatly promote the conversion of poorly soluble Ca compounds (such as calcium sulfate (gypsum), calcium oxalate, calcium silicate, and others) into acid-soluble compounds, thus significantly shortening the treatment time.
Combination product of complexing agents/surfactants to remove sugar carbon: Auxiliary to remove the deposits consisting of highly degraded organic substances that form in heat exchangers in the raw juice area or on the steam or juice side in evaporators and cooking apparatus.
Mixture of activators and dispersants for alkaline cleaning: Specific formulation that has excellent cleaning power in alkaline solutions up to approx. 30° Bé (approx. 300 g/l NaOH) even at low addition levels.
The products shown on our website are only a selection of our entire product range. There is no universal remedy for the rapid removal of impurities. Some can be removed well with alkaline agents, others better in the acidic range. The large variety of conceivable cleaning problems and the large number of additives, inhibitors and ready-to-use cleaning solutions offered by us make it advisable to obtain detailed advice before starting cleaning.
The same applies to inhibitors, defoamers, scale preventers, corrosion inhibitors, pickling inhibitors, etc. Depending on the plant, material, product and the type of boiler/cooling water is used, different individual challenges arise. We are well equipped for them.
